Our Team
In Paul’s 30+ year career he has worked across the commercial, residential, education and health sectors on projects ranging in value from $1M to $600M. Paul’s extensive project experience – in consultant, contractor and client roles – enables him to analyse issues from multiple viewpoints.
​
Paul’s project delivery experience is varied and includes greenfield and brownfield redevelopments along with heritage redevelopments including Australia's first ever 5-Star Green Star heritage refurbishment. Paul has also delivered highly technical projects including laboratories, medical facilities, hospitals and public buildings.
​
Paul’s commercial project experience includes multi-storey office buildings and commercial office building refurbishments, student accommodation, multi-storey residential developments and retail projects.
​
Paul’s quantity surveying and contractor administration background, coupled with his site-based experience, gives him a unique perspective on projects. This enables him to simplify issues so they can be understood, debated and resolved in the most equitable way for all parties involved.
Brendan has been working in the Australian construction market for the past twenty years. During this time, he has covered many aspects of the industry via roles at developers, major contractors and consultant firms.
Brendan’s extensive career also incorporates projects across a wide variety of sectors including residential, retail, commercial and civil.
Brendan has delivered projects ranging from $1M to $400M under a number of different contract types. His extensive experience managing head contracts for both contractors and developers gives him a unique and valuable understanding of contract administration best practice.

Brendan’s diverse background enables him to quickly understand complex project issues and form recommendations, ensuring the best outcome for stakeholders is consistently achieved.

He believes developing strong relationships with both the client and contractor is a core component of all successful projects.
