Project goals: Complete upgrades to services, lobby, amenities, office areas and external works on time and on budget.

Outcome: 

The building has now been leased by NSW Health and is the NSW Vaccination Hub in Sydney Olympic Park.

​

The project was delivered on budget and met the planned opening date for NSW Health. 

​

During this project, the team at Varity Project Services successfully managed the complex handover between the client and NSW Health, ensuring all essential services were in place prior to the vaccination clinic opening. ​​​​​
